Job summary

Dedale is expanding its global expert and advisor network in software & technology. You will liaise with top executives and C-levels to source industry experts and drive investment insights.

You will coordinate onboarding, craft outreach templates, and support a high-velocity, international team across regions including the US, Europe, and Asia. A strong English background and autonomy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, or business development.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Outstanding organization and planning skills.
• Professional with ability to represent Dedale externally at all times.
• Willingness to learn and grow; resilient in development challenges.
• Mass Communication BA or English; open to related courses.
• Experience in fast-paced, international environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry experts relevant to Dedale's investment research activity.
• Contact potential experts/advisors and onboard them.
• Craft outreach templates for LinkedIn/email outreach.

About the role

Join our research and network planner team to expand our network of global experts and advisors in the software & technology space. You will seek and liaise directly with high profile executives & C-level in the software & technology sector, to develop our expert & advisor network at a global scale (75% of experts/advisors are located in the US and in Europe). You will be contributing directly to the success of Dedale as we develop deep relationships with industry experts to generate investment insights. We provide robust training, mentorship, and a personal development track to help you develop your skill in sourcing and your knowledge in investment strategy and core software & technology sectors. You'll be part of a fully global team, with team members and managers operating from Cairo, Paris, Vietnam and Cebu in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify industry experts relevant to the investment research activity of Dedale
• Contact potential industry experts/advisors and initiate the onboarding process
• Craft compelling LinkedIn/email outreach templates to contact potential industry experts
• Coordinate with the rest of the research team to ensure that onboarded experts/advisors have the necessary resources and support to contribute effectively to the research activity
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between onboarded experts/advisors and the rest of the research team
• Conduct call debrief over teams to inform experts of the payment procedure

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, leads generation, business development
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English
• Outstanding organization and planning skills
• High level of professionalism and autonomy, with a strong capacity to represent Dedale to external stakeholders at all times
• Strong capacity to learn and grow, with perseverance and resilience to embrace development challenges
• Graduate of Mass Communication, BA English or open to screening applicants from other courses
• Experience working in fast-paced, international environment is a plus
