Job summary

Dedale is seeking a results-driven Network & Research Sourcing Specialist to join our global team. You will expand our network of software and technology experts, engage with C-level executives, and support investment research with deep industry insights.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, proactive outreach, and autonomy in a fast-paced international environment, with a flexible hybrid setup and ample opportunities for professional growth.

• Expand Dedale's global network of experts and advisors in software and technology.
• Liaise with high-profile executives and C-level professionals in the US and Europe.
• Develop deep relationships with industry experts to generate investment insights.
• Conduct research to identify relevant industry experts for investment research.
• Contact potential experts/advisors and initiate onboarding.
• Craft compelling outreach templates for LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Coordinate with the research team to support onboarded experts/advisors.
• Facilitate meetings between experts/advisors and the research team.
• Inform experts about payment procedures during call debriefs.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Join the research and network planner team to expand Dedale's global network of experts and advisors in software and technology.
• Seek and liaise directly with high-profile executives and C-level professionals in the software and technology sector, primarily in the US and Europe.
• Contribute to Dedale's success by developing deep relationships with industry experts to generate investment insights.
• Conduct research to identify relevant industry experts for Dedale's investment research activities.
• Contact potential experts/advisors and initiate their onboarding process.
• Craft compelling LinkedIn and email outreach templates for expert engagement.
• Coordinate with the research team to support onboarded experts/advisors effectively.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between experts/advisors and the research team.
• Conduct call debriefs to inform experts about payment procedures.

About You

• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Outstanding organization and planning skills.

• Preferably experience in lead generation or recruitment.
• Preferably a graduate of Mass Communication or BA English; applicants from other courses are also considered.
