The role requires handling data, maintaining secure databases, liaising with community partners and residents, providing on-site support, secretariat tasks for meetings, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives; a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of healthcare experience

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Coordinate participant assignments, event scheduling and follow-ups.
Manage screening event logistics, calendars and staff rostering.
Process event reports, feedback and participant data.
Maintain accurate and secure databases and support data extraction.
Liaise with community partners, residents and external stakeholders.
Support outreach and community events, including participant engagement and appointment follow-ups.
Provide on-site support and act as POC for screening events and site recce.
Provide secretariat support for department meetings.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties.
