Excellent written and verbal English are essential for high-stakes communications and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include budget/vendor management, event logistics, and cross-org coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EA or Chief of Staff experience supporting VP- or C-level technical executives.
• Experience supporting an engineering, product, or technical org with sprint cycles and roadmaps.
• Proven ownership of AI tools and automated workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency for high-stakes communication.
• Experience across multiple orgs in a matrixed company.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent senior-level experience weighed equally.
• Advanced fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; familiar with Jira/Confluence; AI assistants.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-ambiguity calendars and priorities for 2–3 VP-level executives.
• Translate technical updates into clear briefs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across the leadership team.
• Own budget and vendor relationships; coordinate large-scale events.
• Deep-dive into external relationships; brief executives before external touchpoints.
• Draft high-stakes communications and act as proxy voice across functions.
• Mentor on tool adoption and workflow design across the admin/EA function.
• Lead special projects and coordinate strategic initiatives with minimal direction.
• Step in for CTO’s calendar when needed with sound judgment.
