Job summary

TTG Asia Media Pte Ltd is seeking an events project manager to drive successful delivery of exhibitions and conferences from inception to conclusion. You will oversee site selection, vendor negotiations, budgets and client relationships to ensure smooth logistics and revenue realization.

The role involves coordinating the marketing plan, floor plans, supplier management and post-show analysis to improve future events and sponsor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the events marketing plan.
• Support core team functions in client acquisition.
• Handle advertising and promotional activities for exhibitions and visitor programmes.
• Manage floor plans and organizer requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and finance for logistics and expenditures.
• Oversee supplier relationships with agencies, vendors, transport, and PR.
• Assist in research, media monitoring and business development.
• Arrange dates, venues, floor plans, setup, sizes and rates.
• Negotiate with media, airlines, hotels, travel agents, and PR agencies.
• Plan and run marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns for projects.
• Organize programmes, social events and sponsorships when possible.
• Plan and execute conferences/seminars/workshops and arrange speakers.
