Job summary

iOPEX Technologies Inc seeks a Senior Technical Service Support SME to back our EV charging and energy infra business. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues across EV hardware, software, networking, and services on-site in Taguig.

You will mentor teams, drive end-to-end case ownership, coordinate with Engineering, Product and Operations, and communicate clear expectations to customers while supporting triage and field dispatch when required.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting EV hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong on-site technical support and field service.
• Ability to mentor teams and own end-to-end cases.
