AMCS Group is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to act as a senior escalation resource, delivering expert-level support across our cloud-based SaaS platform and client environments. This hybrid role blends advanced troubleshooting with hands-on deployments, upgrades, and hardware install work.

You will collaborate with project managers and IT teams, drive root-cause analysis, maintain documentation, and leverage AI-based agents to automate routine tasks while ensuring high service

Competenze

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools.
• Hands-on infrastructure knowledge and cloud familiarity are required.
