AMCS Group is seeking a Software Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for customers using our cloud-based SaaS solutions. You will troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions, and help customers maximize value from our software.

This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced SaaS environment. A hybrid work model is supported in our global team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role is essential.
• You can operate independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to customers for incidents/requests and ensure quality standards.
• Address and resolve incoming application questions and incidents from end users.
• Document end user information and support case details in CRM.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues.
• Test fixes and follow up to ensure adequate resolution.
• Manage client issue calls and provide status updates across issues.
