Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with senior leadership experience.
• 15+ years in heavy equipment management in construction.
• 10+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
• Experience leading an EMG across multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee heavy equipment fleet, batching plants, and workshops.
• Lead maintenance programs, diagnostics, and asset lifecycle management.
