Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks a seasoned Licensed Mechanical Engineer to lead the Equipment Management Group on-site in Muntinlupa.

The role focuses on optimizing equipment utilization, lifecycle management, procurement, maintenance, and logistics for multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of progressive heavy equipment experience, including 10 years in a senior leadership role, with strong budgeting, cost control, and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with senior construction executive maturity.
At least 15 years of progressive heavy equipment management experience.
At least 10 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
Extensive knowledge of heavy construction equipment, fleet management, and batching plant operations.
Strong budgeting, equipment costing, revenue monitoring, and asset life-cycle management knowledge.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Equipment Management Group to optimize equipment utilization and lifecycle management.
Develop strategies for procurement, maintenance, and logistics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align equipment needs and projects.
Monitor industry trends to enhance equipment efficiency and performance.
Prepare budgets and forecasts related to equipment management and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
