Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional UX design (interaction design) experience.
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and end-to-end design thinking.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools. AI-enabled design is a plus.
• Experience using and contributing to a design system.
• Experience creating:
• • Wireframes
• • Interactive prototypes
• • High-fidelity UI designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for web-based enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Identify and improve workflows that span multiple products and systems.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and design validation activities.
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into practical design solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy through discovery activities and concept development.
• Leverage and contribute to the organization's design system.
• Present design recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in design critiques and collaborative workshops.
• Help establish consistent user experiences across the GCM product ecosystem.
