Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Senior UX/UI & Product Experience Designer to lead end-to-end design for enterprise digital transformation. You will conduct user research, craft service blueprints, and produce high‑fidelity prototypes while guiding design system governance.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate complex financial logic into elegant experiences, mentoring junior designers and driving formal design reviews to elevate team capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Designer with enterprise UI/UX execution.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex product UI/UX work.
• Experience in fintech or enterprise financial systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: lead UX for large B2B features from ideation to UI delivery.
• Artefact Creation: craft user flows, service blueprints, wireframes and specs.
• Prototyping & Iteration: design, test, and refine complex interactions for hand-off.
• Design Governance & System Strategy: drive design system governance and consistency.

Our client, a global leader in financial services, corporate governance, and asset administration, is seeking a Senior UX/UI & Product Experience Designer to join their centralized Experience Design group. This strategic role is tasked with delivering high-impact, human-centered design solutions across complex enterprise digital transformation streams. The Senior Designer will direct the end-to-end design process—from user research and service blueprinting to high-fidelity prototyping and design system governance—working closely with product managers, engineers, and executive business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Design Execution

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead and direct UX activities for large, complex B2B features and enterprise modules from conceptual ideation to detailed UI delivery.
• Artefact Creation: Build comprehensive design artefacts, including user flows, service blueprints, interactive wireframes, and production-ready high-fidelity UI specifications.
• Prototyping & Iteration: Design, test, and iterate on complex user interactions, ensuring technical feasibility and intuitive user journeys for software engineering hand-off.

Design Governance & System Strategy

• Design System Stewardship: Drive design consistency and cross-product coherence by advocating strict alignment with enterprise Design Principles and scalable Design Systems.
• Prioritization & Advocacy: Champion human-centered refinements, feature improvements, and design-led changes across multi-disciplinary product roadmaps.

Stakeholder Alignment & Team Mentorship

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with product managers, solution architects, and engineering leads to turn complex financial business logic into elegant digital experiences.
• Design Reviews & Mentorship: Guide and mentor associate designers, facilitate research practices, and run structured design reviews to elevate overall team capabilities.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Professional Tenure: 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating complex product UI/UX execution.
• Domain Advantage: Prior experience designing enterprise financial systems, fintech platforms, or complex B2B operational applications is highly beneficial.

Core UX/UI Competencies

• UX Fundamentals: Deep proficiency in end-to-end UX methodologies, including contextual user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing.
• Design Systems: Hands-on experience utilizing, extending, and governing enterprise-wide design systems.
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to dissect complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into structured, user-centric product designs.

Communication & Leadership
