Job summary

Cyzerg is seeking a UI/UX Graphic Designer to transform complex business needs into simple, engaging digital experiences. The role focuses on web application design, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and QA to create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.

Ideal candidates have strong UX/UI expertise, a solid portfolio, and the ability to translate requirements into intuitive designs while maintaining visual standards and accessibility principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Web Application Design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI design, UX design, interaction design, and web/application design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, business, and product requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into intuitive user experiences and effective interface designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Establish and maintain visual design standards, UI patterns, and design guidelines across applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
