MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Solutions Development Senior Manager to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise software and data solutions. This role reports to the Digital Transformation Director and balances strategic oversight with hands-on execution to build high-performing engineering teams and scalable digital platforms.

The position focuses on aligning software roadmaps with business priorities, optimizing workflows, and governing system integration,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in software development, enterprise data analytics, and SAP integrations.
Proven experience leading software engineering or technical implementation teams.
Hands-on ERP (SAP), integration tools, low-code/no-code (AppSheet), SQL, and BI/analytics (Tableau).

Responsibilities

End-to-End Solution Architecture: design, develop, and deploy integrated application and data analytics solutions.
Agile Project & Scope Management: direct technical scopes, schedules, and resources.
Team Leadership & Development: mentor software and systems professionals and conduct performance reviews.
Stakeholder & Executive Alignment: work with senior leaders to align roadmaps with priorities.
Vendor & Governance Management: manage vendors, budgets, and system integration standards.
Continuous Improvement: modernize workflows with automated testing and new technologies.
