3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Senior Pega Developer (Engineer III) to lead the design, development and optimization of complex Pega applications in a regulated, collaborative environment. You will mentor junior developers and drive best practices across agile projects.

The role emphasizes deep Pega expertise, system architecture thinking, and strong English communication as you integrate latest Pega tools and industry trends into our development processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years or more of hands-on experience in Pega Development.
• Pega Certification: Certified System Architect (CSA) / Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with designing and implementing Pega Case Types.
• Knowledge of Pega integration techniques.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.

• Lead design, development and optimization of complex Pega applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
