Job summary
Hevo Data Inc. is seeking a Solution Engineer to support enterprise customers with architectural reviews and complex data integration challenges. You will partner with Account Managers and CTOs to design pipelines, validate architecture, and guide technical decisions in a fast-growing post-sale environment.
You will work on cloud data warehouses, orchestration, and the broader data ecosystem, translating customer needs into actionable guidance for internal teams and customers alike.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Deep knowledge of data engineering and modern data stack.
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools and event streaming.
- Ability to engage at architectural level with CTOs and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Be senior technical specialist for complex customer conversations.
- Engage with CTOs and data architects as a thought partner.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
- Build expertise in the modern data stack and related ecosystems.
- Identify expansion opportunities through technical engagements.
