Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a DT Operations Manager to lead IT operations across enterprise infrastructure, network, surveillance, and industrial IoT. You will steer strategy, governance, and a multi‑skilled team to maximize uptime and security.

Responsibilities include directing IT strategy, mentoring staff, overseeing CCTV and IoT platforms, and managing vendor SLAs while communicating with Excom and senior leaders on performance and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT infrastructure or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as stated above.
• Direct supervision of technical teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Hands-on exposure to core networking, cybersecurity, surveillance, and IoT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and refine IT operational strategies, policies, and SLAs.
• Directly manage and mentor technical staff and helpdesk personnel.
• Oversee core hardware, network architectures, CCTV, and IoT technologies.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement long-term preventative measures.
• Act as main liaison with external IT service providers and vendors.
• Deliver performance updates and roadmaps to Excom and senior leaders.
