Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking an HRIS Officer to oversee and optimize the core HRIS platform, bridging HR processes with IT infrastructure. The role combines system administration, project management, and data analytics to deliver accurate, secure HR data and effective user experiences across all HR modules.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience with HRIS or IT systems management, and a background in HR technology, IT, or business administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Project management experience, able to lead tech implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation and reporting proficiency.
• Ability to map HR policies into automated system workflows.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Act as HRIS administrator for core workflows (HR, attendance, leave, performance, onboarding, payroll integrations).
• Configure workflows, security roles, and approval chains per policy.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendor support for issues.
• Lead HR technology projects from initiation to deployment and cross-functional coordination.
• Build and schedule standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
