• At least 5 years in Solution Architecture or related role.
• At least 3 years leading architecture of integrated business applications.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions with Power Platform and Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Expertise in Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and complex system architecture.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions, Event Grid.
• Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure are desirable.

About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), and business application architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing end-to-end technology solutions that support business transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enable digital innovation.
As a key technical authority, the Solution Architect will translate business objectives and requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and integrated technology solutions. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, development teams, and technology leadership to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, security requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Digital Transformation

• Lead the architecture, solution design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of business applications across multiple business functions and domains.

• Define comprehensive end-to-end architectures covering business processes, applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, maintainable, and future-ready technology solutions.

• Develop architecture roadmaps that support the organization’s digital transformation strategy.

• Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with business priorities, enterprise architecture standards, technology strategies, and long-term organizational objectives.

• Microsoft Power Platform & Business Applications

• Architect and design enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

• Provide architectural direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other integrated business applications.

• Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions that streamline business processes, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

• Establish architecture standards, development practices, reusable components, and governance frameworks for Power Platform implementations.

• Ensure Power Platform and business application solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.

• Azure Cloud & Integration Architecture

• Design cloud-native, hybrid, and integrated architectures using Microsoft Azure services.

• Define integration strategies leveraging APIs, RESTful services, event-driven architectures, messaging, orchestration, workflows, and middleware technologies.

• Design secure and reliable data exchange between business applications, enterprise systems, and external platforms.

• Develop architecture strategies addressing availability, scalability, performance, resilience, disaster recovery, and security.

• Support cloud modernization, application transformation, and Azure platform optimization initiatives.

• Design and implement integration solutions based on Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), including messaging, orchestration, APIs, and workflow-based integration.

• Architect and manage solutions using Azure Integration Services, including:

• Azure Logic Apps

• Azure Service Bus

• Azure API Management

• Azure Functions

• Azure Event Grid

• Architecture Governance & Innovation

• Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, solution design workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Establish and maintain architecture principles, standards, patterns, reference architectures, and design guidelines.

• Assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve business capabilities, operational efficiency, and technology maturity.

• Identify architectural and technology risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise architecture governance, security policies, and regulatory or organizational requirements.

• Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective technology solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Mentor technical teams on architecture principles, solution design methodologies, integration patterns, and Microsoft platform best practices.

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Present architecture proposals, technical recommendations, solution designs, and technology strategies to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a closely related role.
• At least 3 years of experience leading the architecture and implementation of integrated business application solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and complex system architecture.
• Proven experience with Azure Integration Services, particularly Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions, and Event Grid.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations, managing multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technology teams.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure are highly desirable.
