Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise/solution/software architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Strong background in integration and API architecture.
• Experience with financial services platforms and mission-critical apps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise target-state architecture across application, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Design scalable, highly available, secure solutions supporting growth and digital transformation.
• Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and roadmaps aligned with strategy.
• Ensure consistency across Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, ACBS and related apps.
• Evaluate options and recommend technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
• Design enterprise integration strategies using API-led connectivity and microservices.
• Establish standards for API governance and service orchestration.
• Define canonical data models and data governance principles.
• Provide technical guidance through project lifecycle and production support.

The Role

The ideal candidate shall lead the architecture strategy for a large-scale enterprise transformation involving Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, and ACBS platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing and governing scalable, secure, resilient, and integrated enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and technology standards.

This role will define the target-state architecture, establish integration and data architecture principles, ensure interoperability across mission-critical banking platforms, and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise architecture, application integration, cloud-native technologies, and financial services platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Enterprise & Solution Architecture
  • Define and maintain the enterprise target-state architecture across application, data, integration, and technology domains.
  • Design scalable, highly available, and secure solution architectures supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Ensure architectural consistency across Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, ACBS, and surrounding enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate solution options and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
• Integration Architecture
  • Design enterprise integration strategies using API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, messaging platforms, and microservices.
  • Define reusable integration patterns for internal systems, third‑party platforms, and external partners.
  • Establish standards for API governance, service orchestration, and system interoperability.
  • Ensure seamless communication between core banking, treasury, trade finance, lending, and supporting applications.
• Data Architecture
  • Define canonical data models to ensure consistency across enterprise applications.
  • Establish enterprise data architecture principles, governance, and integration standards.
  • Design scalable data flows supporting transactional processing, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, synchronization, and lifecycle management across platforms.
• Architecture Governance
  • Establish architecture governance processes, standards, and design review practices.
  • Review solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, technology standards, and reference models.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout project planning, development, implementation, and production support.
• Security, Performance & Scalability
  • Design secure architectures aligned with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate system performance, resilience, disaster recovery, and high-availability capabilities.
  • Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Optimize application scalability while minimizing technical debt.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business capabilities into technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with solution delivery teams, infrastructure, security, and data architects.
  • Engage software vendors and implementation partners to ensure architectural alignment and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership during solution selection, implementation, and modernization initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or software architecture.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise‑scale distributed systems.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and API architecture.
• Experience architecting complex financial services or banking technology platforms.
• Proven experience designing high‑availability, mission‑critical enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration methodologies.
• Experience with architecture governance frameworks and technology standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
