Job summary

Atain is looking for an experienced L2 Infrastructure & Endpoint Management Engineer to lead BCM and MECM/SCCM administration for large-scale environments, focusing on OS deployment, patching, software distribution, and compliance.

You will design and maintain BCM architecture, coordinate with security for vulnerability remediation, develop automation scripts, and drive incident resolution with a strong focus on troubleshooting and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience administering BMC Client Management infrastructure and BCM components.
• Hands-on with MECM/SCCM administration and OS deployment.
• Experience in enterprise patching, software distribution, and compliance management.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management in large-scale environments.
• Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, batch, shell) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer BCM Master, Relay, and Agent architecture and deployment policies.
• Manage MECM/SCCM infrastructure, OS deployment, and software updates.
• Lead incident resolution and RCA for platform-related outages.
• Develop automation scripts and enterprise patching workflows.
