Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking an experienced L2 Endpoint Systems Engineer to bolster our endpoint team. You will drive patching, manage OS/app patches through Intune, and support deployments using Kaseya VSA and Datto RMM.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, incident resolution, and strict SLA adherence in a remote work setup. You’ll collaborate with an international client base, maintain endpoint security, and contribute to asset visibility with Liongard.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in endpoint management or desktop support.
• Hands-on, ticket-driven, and capable of independent L2 tasks.
• Familiar with MSP or enterprise environments and patching.

Responsibilities

• Perform patching and updates for client systems using Kaseya VSA.
• Manage OS and application patches via Microsoft Intune.
• Support patching activities with Datto RMM and ensure successful deployments.
• Generate and maintain patch compliance reports.
• Deploy and manage third-party apps; automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Maintain endpoint performance, security, and asset data with Liongard.
