Job summary

Atain is seeking an experienced L2 Infrastructure & Endpoint Management Engineer in Manila to oversee enterprise BCM and MECM/SCCM environments. You will manage OS deployment, patching, software distribution and automation to ensure reliable endpoint operations across large-scale systems.

Applicants should demonstrate strong troubleshooting, scripting, and reporting abilities, plus a track record of coordinating with vendors and internal teams to sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Enterprise endpoint management experience.
• Experience with BCM and MECM/SCCM environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage BCM Client Management infrastructure.
• Configure BCM Master, Relay, and Agent architecture and deployment policies.
• Manage MECM/SCCM infrastructure, OS deployment, and software updates.
• Lead L2 incident resolution and perform RCA.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment, patching and reporting.
