Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an IT specialist to manage and optimize the organization's Microsoft endpoint management environment, focusing on MECM/SCCM and Intune. The role covers deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Windows devices across the enterprise.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and at least 2 years of hands-on MECM/SCCM and Intune experience, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills to collaborate with IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years hands-on MECM/SCCM and Intune experience.
• Strong experience in application deployment and software updates.
• Experience with complex software distribution and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 8/10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
