Job summary
Minderest's Reactev AI pricing engine seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales across DACH and Europe. You will drive new logo acquisition, guiding prospects through a consultative process that links pricing challenges to Reactev's capabilities.
This senior IC role reports to the VP of Growth, with responsibilities spanning pipeline development, AI solution selling, multi-stakeholder negotiation, and stakeholder engagement at scale, across enterprise retailers and D2C
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in enterprise markets.
- Experience selling to large retailers or D2C brands is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (German optional).
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales across DACH and Europe for Reactev.
- Drive new logo acquisition with a consultative sales approach.
- Manage full sales cycle from outbound to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and provide forecasts.
- Engage with pricing, category directors, CFOs and CIOs in target accounts.
