Job summary

WTW, a leading Workplace Technology group, seeks an experienced AV technical lead to drive end-to-end delivery of AV solutions. You will own BAU and project work, perform advanced investigations, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure high availability.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, implementation, and release management, along with thorough documentation and stakeholder communication to optimize AV performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of exposure to AV technologies and large enterprise AV estates.
• Experience with video/audio conferencing hardware and room systems.
• Experience coordinating with third parties to deliver services.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for end-to-end support and delivery of AV solutions, including BAU and project work.
• Perform advanced (3rd line) incident and problem investigations for AV services.
• Assist Solutions Designer with requirements gathering, technical analysis, design and implementation of new or changed services.
• Coordinate releases and communications for new services or changes to AV estate.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and KB articles for AV estate.
• Act as senior tech lead for investigations, remediation and root cause analysis.
