Job summary

Flat Planet Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architecture & Application Portfolio Analyst to drive governance of the application portfolio, support enterprise architecture initiatives, and maintain accurate CMDB data across LEANIX, ServiceNow CMDB, and other platforms.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Risk, and Governance teams to ensure lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and portfolio governance across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB Administration, IT Governance, or Enterprise Architecture Support.
• Experience supporting application lifecycle management processes.
• Experience with enterprise application inventories and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support on onboarding and governance of applications across enterprise platforms.
• Maintain CMDB and application repository records and ensure data quality.

As part of its continued investment in technology governance, application portfolio management, and operational excellence, the company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architecture & Application Portfolio Analyst to join its growing technology team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Management, Technology Risk, and Governance teams while supporting enterprise-scale application inventories, architecture platforms, and technology governance initiatives across a global organization.

Job Summary

The Senior Enterprise Architecture & Application Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Architecture and Application Portfolio Management initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and governance of application portfolio data across enterprise platforms. The role will coordinate application onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain CMDB and application repository records, support technology risk reporting, and help drive portfolio governance and compliance activities across the organization.

Job Description

Application Onboarding & Governance

• Manage and acknowledge incoming application onboarding requests.

• Gather, validate, and maintain application information required for Enterprise Architecture reviews.

• Create and maintain application records within architecture and governance platforms.

• Update and manage application fact sheets on behalf of architecture teams.

• Coordinate with application owners to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.

• Collect and validate required CMDB application attributes.

• Facilitate application criticality assessments and approval workflows.

• Review application criticality upgrade requests for completeness and compliance.

Application Offboarding & Decommissioning

• Coordinate end-to-end application retirement and decommissioning activities.

• Track applications progressing through retirement and decommissioning phases.

• Conduct regular status reviews to ensure milestones are completed on schedule.

• Maintain retirement documentation and governance records.

• Update enterprise repositories and architecture platforms with retirement-related information.

• Tag and classify applications identified for retirement.

Data & Configuration Management

• Maintain high-quality application and service data within enterprise repositories.

• Manage application attributes within:

  • LeanIX

  • ServiceNow CMDB

  • Archer

  • Fusion

  • Other governance platforms

• Track application and service lifecycle changes, including additions, modifications, and removals.

• Conduct data quality reviews and remediation activities.

• Identify and resolve orphaned or outdated Configuration Item (CI) ownership records.

• Support initiatives that improve data governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy.

Technology Risk & Compliance Support

• Perform Key Risk Indicator (KRI) data collection and reporting activities.

• Validate data ingestion processes and investigate discrepancies.

• Support technology risk and compliance reporting requirements.

• Assist stakeholders during audits, governance reviews, and regulatory assessments.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting aligned with corporate technology risk standards.

Enterprise Architecture & Platform Support

• Provide operational support for LeanIX Application Portfolio Management (APM) initiatives.

• Assist stakeholders with application portfolio governance inquiries.

• Support Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and remediation activities.

• Participate in architecture platform testing and operational support activities.

• Assist with architecture governance reporting and portfolio analysis.

• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Skills & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 4+ years of experience in:
