Job summary

Flat Planet Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architecture & Application Portfolio Analyst to drive governance of the application portfolio, support enterprise architecture initiatives, and maintain accurate CMDB data across LEANIX, ServiceNow CMDB, and other platforms.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Risk, and Governance teams to ensure lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and portfolio governance across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB Administration, IT Governance, or Enterprise Architecture Support.
• Experience supporting application lifecycle management processes.
• Experience with enterprise application inventories and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support on onboarding and governance of applications across enterprise platforms.
• Maintain CMDB and application repository records and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate with application owners to complete onboarding requirements and retirement activities.
• Support risk and compliance reporting, audits, and governance reviews.
• Provide operational support for LeanIX AP Management initiatives and architecture platform testing.
• Assist with architecture governance reporting and portfolio analysis.
