Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in leading engineering teams.
• Proven ability to design and scale manufacturing plant layouts.
• Strong project management with CAPEX budgeting and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team across plant design, civil, mechanical, electrical and automation.
• Define plant requirements, layouts, workflows, and SOPs.
• Ensure design for manufacturability, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and OEMs; manage procurement per spec.
