Qualifications

• Experience leading civil structural engineering teams.
• Ability to manage from concept to handover.
• Develop engineering specs, MR, and vendor approvals.
• Knowledge of Indian codes and international standards.
• Ability to review client ITBs and provide clarifications.
• Familiarity with STAAD, TEKLA, and 3D modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil structural engineering functions from concept to handover.
• Develop specifications, MR, and vendor engagement.
• Review engineering documents and ensure QA against norms.
• Guide team on international standards and codes.
• Perform 2D/3D analysis using STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP for RCC and steel.
• Design RCC/steel structures and prepare construction drawings.
• Review RCC and steel drawings; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers.
• Prepare cost estimates and bid analyses.
• Lead for green Hydrogen EPC projects.
