Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of complex electrical systems across large projects. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with standards.

The role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing skills, and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary design projects in an engineering consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–15 years in multi-disciplinary design consulting recommended.
• Experience on large-scale projects, data centre design advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and execution of complex electrical systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage junior engineers and project staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Represent the company in technical meetings with clients and contractors.
• Oversee specifications for controls, instruments and operating systems.
