Job summary

Responsibilities

• Experience in Die Attach, Tape and Reel, Backgrind and Saw process.
• Knowledgeable in DOE, SPC, FMEA and control plan.
• Experience in line sustaining.
• Strong engineering analysis and decision making.
• Background in materials science and reliability is advantageous.
• Project management experience is preferred.
