Job summary

Ginebra San Miguel Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, implement and evaluate engineering projects focused on operational improvements, capacity expansion, and cost savings for our food and beverage operations.

You will optimize plant equipment, facilities and processes for reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while supporting maintenance and capex initiatives. The role requires licensed civil engineering credentials and at least three years in the F&B

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Willing to travel and conduct plant visits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and technically evaluate engineering projects for operational improvements and capacity expansion.
• Provide technical expertise to optimize plant equipment, facilities and manufacturing processes for reliability and efficiency.
• Support maintenance and capital expenditure initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
