Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Employee Engagement and Communication to lead internal communications, employer branding, and cross-functional engagement initiatives across P&C.

You will align strategic messaging with multi-channel publishing to reach enterprise audiences and maintain a consistent brand voice. In this role, you will develop content roadmaps, manage SLAs for content delivery, drive executive messaging, and analyze readership metrics to optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employer branding (preferably with at least 1–2 years in a senior/lead capacity).
Proven experience designing multi-channel communication plans, running teaser campaigns, managing external social algorithms, enforcing SLAs, and tracking readership analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead internal communications, employer branding, and cross-functional engagement initiatives across People & Culture.
Manage multi-channel publishing across internal and external platforms to maintain brand voice and drive engagement.
Develop content roadmaps with P&C sub-teams and ensure 100% execution of weekly content drops.
