• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, HR, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, employee engagement, or social media management.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Experience managing corporate social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with HR programs and employee lifecycle communications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive employer branding & social media channels to attract talent and showcase culture.
• Develop and execute internal communications plans, campaigns, and leadership communications.
• Create engaging content for employee programs, newsletters, intranet, and events.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging and EVP.
• Measure effectiveness of communications and continuously improve initiatives.
