Job summary

You will lead content for intranet, newsletters, and displays, partner with Employee Engagement to promote milestones, and act as the crisis anchor during disruptions while monitoring engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications or Internal PR, preferably within high‑agility tech or infrastructure environments.
• Flawless written and visual storytelling capabilities to translate complex corporate policies into highly engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an internal communication strategy for HR policies, leadership messages, and benefits updates.
• Manage content calendars for intranet, newsletters, and internal displays.
• Collaborate with Employee Engagement to promote culture milestones and town halls.
• Serve as crisis communications anchor during disruptions or weather events affecting staff.
• Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on feedback.
