• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, HR, journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal, corporate, employer branding, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing corporate social media & digital content.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, employee experience, and talent attraction.

Responsabilités

• Lead employer branding & talent marketing strategies across digital/social channels.
• Drive internal communications aligned with People & Culture priorities.
• Lead organizational change & leadership communications efforts.
• Design employee engagement & culture-building campaigns.
