• Strong understanding of employer branding, employee experience, and talent attraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer branding & talent marketing strategies across digital/social channels.
• Drive internal communications aligned with People & Culture priorities.
• Lead organizational change & leadership communications efforts.
