Job summary

SC Johnson in Manila seeks a Modern Endpoint Engineer to manage Windows, iOS and macOS devices, driving build/run execution and day-to-day operations. You will work with Service Owners and MSPs to deliver reliable endpoint services and contribute to improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3+ years in a global enterprise environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Onsite with occasional WFH after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
• Experience in Endpoint and Desktop Management including design, implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Modern Endpoint Management and drive enhancements.
• Design and build endpoint solutions for Windows, iOS, macOS for application and infra owners.
• Stay current with industry trends and maintain expertise across endpoint ecosystem.
• Ensure MSP compliance with standards and SLAs, act as escalation point, monitor metrics.
• Partner with Service Owners to define priorities and govern infrastructure processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate escalations, lead projects as needed.
• Provide documentation, strategic planning support, and 3rd-level support including offhours.
