Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ is seeking a Modern Endpoint Engineer to manage Windows, iOS, and macOS devices and deliver endpoint services aligned to defined standards across the organization. You will lead build and run activities, work with Service Owners and MSPs, and continuously improve endpoint solutions while ensuring incident resolution and escalation processes are followed.

This is a full‑time onsite role with one day of work-from-home per week after 3 months; standard hours are 8:30 AM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
• Experience in Endpoint and Desktop Management including design, implementation and support.
• Strong communication and user-centric design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Modern Endpoint Management solutions and drive process, system, and product enhancements.
• Design and build modern endpoint solutions (Windows, iOS, macOS) for application and infrastructure owners, including device management.
• Maintain expertise across the endpoint ecosystem and stay current with industry trends.
• Ensure MSP compliance with standards and SLAs, act as escalation point, and monitor performance metrics.
• Partner with Service Owners to define priorities and ensure change/work/problem management processes are followed.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and contribute to strategic projects.
• Provide documentation, strategic planning support, and 3rd-level operational support, including off-hours coverage for global teams.
