Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to lead the strategy, design, and modernization of our enterprise endpoint management services in a global environment. You will drive endpoint security, device lifecycle management, automation, and governance while partnering with Security, Infrastructure, Identity, and Workplace Technology teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, EUC, Workplace/Systems/Infrastructure Engineering.
• 5+ years designing and implementing modern endpoint management solutions.
• Strong expertise in Jamf Pro, Tanium, and UEM/MDM/MAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise endpoint management strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead modernization initiatives covering device provisioning, lifecycle management, compliance, and security.
• Manage UEM platforms across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
• Drive endpoint security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and Zero Trust controls.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, Infrastructure, and Business teams to improve reliability and experience.
• Implement automation, governance, reporting standards, and continuous service improvements.
• Develop standards, monitoring, and dashboards for endpoint health and performance.
• Create self-service capabilities, workflows, and runbooks.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to lead the strategy, design, and modernization of enterprise endpoint management services across a global environment. This role will drive endpoint security, device lifecycle management, automation, compliance, and user experience initiatives while partnering closely with Security, Infrastructure, Identity, and Workplace Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise endpoint management strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead modernization initiatives covering device provisioning, application lifecycle management, OS lifecycle management, compliance, and security.
• Manage and optimize Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android environments.
• Drive endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, patch management, Zero Trust controls, and compliance enforcement.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, Infrastructure, Service Management, and business stakeholders to improve endpoint reliability and employee experience.
• Implement automation, governance frameworks, reporting standards, and continuous service improvements.
• Develop technical standards, operational processes, endpoint health monitoring, and performance dashboards.
• Create self-service capabilities, workflow automation, packaging standards, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, EUC, Workplace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing modern endpoint management solutions.
• Strong expertise in:
