Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Modern Endpoint Engineer to manage and operate endpoint services for Windows, iOS, and macOS. You will build and run endpoint solutions, support day-to-day operations, and collaborate with MSPs to ensure reliable service aligned with standards.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, strong communication, and a global/multinational support scope, with on-site and weekly work-from-home arrangements after three months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
• Experience in Endpoint and Desktop Management space with design, implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for Modern Endpoint Management solutions and drive enhancements.
• Design and build endpoint solutions for Windows, iOS, and macOS for application and infrastructure owners.
• Maintain expertise across endpoint ecosystem and ensure MSP compliance with standards and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Service Owners to define priorities and manage escalations.
• Provide third-level operational support and off-hours coverage for global teams.
