Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries
• Develop repair and modernization sales via networking, bids and tenders
• Create your own sales strategy to achieve targets and profitability
• Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline and forecast results
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals ensuring timely payments
• Collaborate with sales team and field colleagues
