Job summary

Dyson Electronics Pte. Ltd. - Philippine Branch is seeking a Lead Integration Project Manager (i-PM) to drive complex SWHW&PS projects in SEA, delivering on time and within budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications, and mentor junior PMs, while aligning with Dyson's engineering processes and product development goals. The role requires solid embedded software/hardware understanding and the ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• PM training; PMP is not mandatory but a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project and Teams.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Ability to independently deliver complex engineering projects.
• Strong risk, requirements, and stakeholder management.
• Limited Mandarin for China-based suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and deliver complex projects within SWHW&PS domain.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders; ensure effective communication.
• Define and implement project communications plans.
• Own project budget and CAPEX; ensure financial discipline.
• Develop and maintain Level 0-2 project plans; escalate conflicts.
• Drive adoption of development processes and best practices.
