Dyson GmbH in the Philippines seeks an Associate Principal Engineer within Design Engineering to collaborate with Dyson internal teams and JDM partners. You will guide mechanical designs, ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery, and drive robust design maturity through evaluation and testing.

The role emphasizes leadership in complex design programs, cross-functional collaboration, and strong engagement with external partners to meet project goals.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of product development methodology, ability to decompose complex problems.
• Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and embed requirements management practices across projects.
• Plan, monitor, and report progress with stakeholders; manage scope changes.
• Oversee mechanical design development and integration of electrical parts with JDM teams.
• Drive design reviews, issue management, and ensure compliance with Dyson standards.
• Evaluate build and test processes to verify design maturity and performance.
• Develop robust RFIs/RFPs/SOWs in collaboration with JDM partners and suppliers.
