Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled electro-mechanical technician to sustain and maintain precision equipment used in Front of Line, End of Line, or Test Assembly stages.

You will work with mechanical, electrical and electronic systems to keep production running smoothly. The role requires hands-on fault diagnosis, routine PM, dismantling and rebuilding components, and close collaboration with manufacturing engineers and line supervisors to implement improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Front of Line, End of Line, or Test Assembly.
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble equipment per manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electro-mechanical equipment, jigs, tooling and logistics across Front of Line or End of Line or Test assembly.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic/mechanical faults and perform PM as assigned.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and reassemble equipment per manuals.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to check and rebuild machinery.
• Assist with equipment modifications under supervision.
