• Budget Monitoring: Track ongoing expenses, manage variations, and forecast financial outcomes.
• Valuation and Payments: Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.
• Risk and Dispute Management: Identify commercial risks and help resolve contractual claims or disputes.
