Requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years’ experience in electrical panel assembly, wiring and electronics manufacturing; strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
• 5+ years in electrical panel assembly or electronics manufacturing.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Verify electrical wiring, connections, terminals, connectors and components against engineering requirements.
• Troubleshoot electrical and wiring issues during production and assist operators and technicians in resolving problems.
• Support NPI, prototype builds, engineering changes and production transfer.
• Develop and improve work instructions, assembly procedures and electrical test procedures.
• Work closely with Production, QA and customers to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for production problems.
• Support electrical testing, continuity checks, functional testing and troubleshooting of finished assemblies.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
