Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to supervise electrical production in a manufacturing setting. The candidate will interpret shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams, verify installation of breakers, busbars, CTs and metering components, and guide现场 electricians/assemblers.

The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering degree with preference for a registered electrical engineer and strong supervision experience on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Preferably registered electrical engineer.
• Strong interpretation of electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience with single-line diagrams, control and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of MCCB/ACB/MCB and busbars.
• Panelboard/switchgear knowledge and metering basics.
• Supervisory capability and shop-floor oversight.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BOM interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical electrical production.
• Interpret approved drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Verify breaker, busbar, CT, metering components installation.
• Guide electricians/assemblers on assembly and wiring.
• Coordinate drawing discrepancies with Design Engineering.
• Prepare production requirements before assembly begins.
• Check BOM against drawings and requirements.
• Assist Production Manager in identifying production risks.
• Ensure correct installation and inspect electrical components.
