Job summary

NightOwl Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Electrical Construction Estimator to perform precise estimates, material take-offs, RFQs, vendor pricing, and bid development for commercial projects.

Responsibilities include training junior estimators, coordinating with General Contractors, and ensuring accurate data consolidation in estimating software. NEC knowledge and proficiency with Conest Intellibid are required.

Qualifications

8–10 years of electrical estimating experience in commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC and jurisdictional codes.
Experience with complex estimates and bid development.
Proficient with estimating software and data consolidation.
Ability to review BOMs of subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Perform all levels of electrical estimating and take-offs from drawings and specs.
Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor pricing, and secure quotes from subcontractors.
Develop bids and change orders and support the Assistant Project Manager.
Train junior estimators and maintain relationships with General Contractors.
