• Interpret drawings, specs, and codes to build clear, competitive estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate pricing, scope and constructability.
• Ensure estimating work aligns with U.S. electrical standards, NEC requirements, and industry labor units.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed takeoffs and project estimates in IntelliBid.
• Analyze plans and schedules to determine scope and quantities.
• Collect and compare supplier quotes for accuracy.
• Prepare bid proposals, alternates, and value-engineering options based on cost and constructability.
• Maintain organized estimate files and clear version control throughout the bid process.
• Apply NECA/RSMeans labor factors and U.S. installation standards consistently across estimates.
• Assist in estimate handoff and clarification after award.

• Electrical Estimator with strong proficiency in IntelliBid (ConEst) for U.S. commercial and industrial projects.
• Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs, cost modeling, and bid development using IntelliBid as the core estimating tool.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and codes to build clear, competitive estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate pricing, scope, and constructability.
• Ensure all estimating work aligns with U.S. electrical standards, NEC requirements, and industry labor units.
